VLE R. Gopinath from Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, Tamil Nadu is one of the best performing VLE of his district under the PMGDISHA scheme. He feels it’s his social responsibility to helps others and has completed PMGDISHA training for 280 citizens and students, out of which 230 are certified.
