After completing her graduation, Reshma got enrolled under PMGDISHA scheme and underwent the 20-hour training programme. Reshma from Jamtara district started actively campaigning about the scheme among the villagers.
“PMGDISHA scheme has been well-tailored meeting the basic requirement for getting digitally literate. I am sure that this has transformed many lives and I have even witnessed few in my neighbourhood,” says Reshma.
When Rural BPO Scheme was introduced in the state, the village-level entrepreneur informed about the scheme to Reshma. She attended the interview and is presently working as the data-entry operator.
“PMGDISHA training has helped me to get this job. I have become self-reliant and have been earning a decent salary on a monthly basis,” the beneficiary added.
