Working hard towards digital literacy path Smriti Cyber Sansar, a training institute in Samstipur has achieved an important place in village. The institute has run the digital literacy campaigns across Bharwari, Paroria, Mahuli, Sarhachia, Mangalgarh, Devdha, Fulrah, Lalma and Jahangirpur villages. More than 10,000 villagers includes students and youth have been made digitally literate. .
