Manimaran, from Thriubuvanai village, completed only 12th standard and was working in a mechanical workshop to repair motor bikes and cars.

When he learnt about the digital literacy training offered at the local CSC, he enrolled for the course so that he could learn more about smart phones. He attended the classes regularly and took keen interest in learning about internet as well. He also learnt about the concept of cashless transaction using Smartphone application of BHIM, AEPS, UPI.

Later, Manimaran got a good job with decent salary in a supermarket where he works as a computer operator in cash billing department He is happy that he has been able to change his profession due to this training.
